Once we understand your needs we will search for the perfect candidate to support your business either through our database of talent or by our established recruitment process.


All candidates are pre-qualified:

4. YOU HIRE THE BEST

We will work with you to help you select the best candidate to hire.


Based on your business needs you determine if your new staff member will be full time (40 hours per week) or part time (20 hours per week).


Once you have confirmed your new Virtual Assistant we will hire them on behalf of your business. 


We take care of all the contracts and paperwork required.  All you have is one simple contract with VAeComm.

5. WE TRAIN THEM

We fully train and prepare your new team member so they are ready to get to work on your specified start date.


We’ve clarified expectations, provided them with professional training on important aspects of your online stores requirements, and explained all VAeComm policies.


We train your team member on Customer Support via your preferred method, Social Media management, basic understanding of your eCommerce platform and much more!

6. TOOLS FOR SUCCESS

Although your dedicated staff member will report directly back to you, we provide tools and reporting to help you manage them with minimal time requirements.


We monitor what gets done every day with online time sheets, 3-minute screenshot monitoring, work activity logs, and website and computer application usage tracking.  These details are sent to you as a report.


We will highlight any deficiencies with your staff member and offer any additional training that may help improve your new team members productivity.

7. WE MANAGE PAYROLL

VAeComm takes care of payroll, employment contracts and compliance.  We comply with Philippines Labor Code regulations.


These are important factors when hiring offshore and one of the main reason our clients work with us.


Our Virtual Assistants are paid monthly 2 weeks in arrears and 2 weeks in advance. We pay staff in their local Philippine currency, into their local bank account and take care of all local regulations relating to your staff.
